airport property imgThe 44 acre greenfield site is owned by, and is part of the Terre Haute Regional Airport (HUF).  The site completed Duke Energy's Site Readiness Program in partnership with McCullum & Sweeney Consulting. 

FAA approval is required prior to building on the site.  Access to the property is via U.S. Highway 42 and is 4 miles from Interstate Highway 70.

HUF is the 4th busiest airport in the state for operations with its 9,020 foot runway, which handles the largest military and civilian aircraft.   HUF is positioned in a TIF District (Tax Increment Finance).   FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) benefits are available via INzone.


Source: terrehauteedc.comFort Harrison Business Park is privately held and is located within Terre Haute’s corporate limits.  Portions of the Park are currently being developed for manufacturing and commercial use, distribution and warehousing.  Indiana Rail Road serves the Park.  Approximately 113 acres+/- are still available.

vcip-I-II-site-map-440 Vigo County Industrial Parks encompass 2,435 acres with all utilities on site and ready to go.  Both VCIPs are owned by a single entity, Vigo County Redevelopment Commission.  

The VCIP I (Vigo County Industrial Park I) is 1,500-acres and features all underground power service and a substation for reliability.  Natural gas, sanitary sewer, potable water and fiber optic services are in place.

VCIP II (Vigo County Industrial Park II) is immediately north of the VCIP I and is comprised of 935 acres. The VCIP II was acquired from the Pfizer Corporation. It too is a fully served site with regard to utilities, and has its own substation.  

Rail serves both VCIP I and VCIP II via CSX Rail Transportation. The VCIPs are located approximately six miles south of Interstate Highway 70. on U.S. Highway 41.  Indiana 641 Bypass is less than two-miles south of the parks.

Source: terrehauteedc.comLocated within the city proper, this 80-acre greenfield is bordered on two sides with several thousand feet of rail. Adjacent to the Fort Harrison Industrial Park, the site is zoned for M-2 Heavy Industry. The property is available as a design/build construction package.

hoosier jack smThe Hoosier Jack Mega Site consists of over 13,000+ acres (within two-counties) and is quite possible the largest contigious land parcel - owned by a single individual within the State of Indiana.  The Hoosier Jack Mega Site is, primarily, a former - beautifully reclaimed - surface coal mining operation, along with some undisturbed property (along the western side, with access to a private on-site rail line also owned by the property owner), that connects to the CSXT mainline on the west end and a line of the Indiana Rail Road on the east end.  For additional information call (812) 234-2524, or email info@terrehauteedc.com.
