This facility is located at 1440 Savannah Avenue in the Fort Harrison Industrial Park (FHIP). It is well suited for warehousing, distribution and manufacturing.

Site/Building Size

The 185,025-square-foot building is positioned on 7.8 acres with parking available for 100 cars. Constructed in 1996, the walls are concrete block, steel and gypsum. The roof is standing seam, metal insulated. Ceiling height is 27.9 feet with column spacing at 47.4 feet width, 30 feet length. Eaves are 24 feet. The building has two bay doors. There are three docks in which two semis could load/unload at the same time. The interior contains 3,285 square feet of office space, a large break room and designated locker space. Office is heated and air conditioned. Warehouse is heated only. CSX Railroad runs adjacent to site.
