Vigo County Industrial Park

Vigo County Industrial Park I (VCIP I) is a 1,500-acre site, featuring all underground power service and a substation for reliability. Natural gas, sanitary sewer, potable water and fiber optic services are in place and ready to go.

Vigo County Industrial Park II (VCIP II ) is immediately north of the VCIP I and is comprised of 935 acres. VCIP II was acquired from the Pfizer Corporation. Like the VCIP I, it is owned by a single entity, Vigo County. Rail serves both VCIP I and VCIP II via CSX Rail Transportation. Both parks are located six miles south of Interstate Highway 70. on U.S. Highway 41.

Fort Harrison Business Park

The 152-acre planned development is situated at the northeast corner of North Fruitridge Avenue and Steelton Road in Terre Haute, Indiana. Portions of the Park are currently being developed for manufacturing and commercial use, distribution and warehousing, and office space and industrial facilities. Airport Property

airport-property u16Terre Haute International Airport-Hulman Field (HUF) provides a unique opportunity for development, and with Its close proximity to Interstate Highway 70, is attractive to many types of business. The Terre Haute International Airport's Fixed Base Operator (FBO) Hoosier Aviation, offers an array of services from fueling, flight training, rental aircraft, and on-field maintenance with partner Williams Aviation.  The FBO is in final stages of achieveing a non-scheduled airline with a Part 135 charter for their Super King Air B200.

Western Tar/CAVU Ops.

The Western Tar /CAVU Ops. site is approximately 25 acres and is located within the city proper of Terre Haute Indiana. The property is fenced on the north, east and south sides with the Wabash River as its west property boundary. The site was used to process rail road ties. All buildings have been removed.
