Garmong Development 10535 Building

garmong-development-10535Constructed in 2006, this manufacturing-specific building is located within the 1,500 acre Vigo County Industrial Park I.  The 98,000 square-foot facility (88,000 square feet manufacturing space and 10,000 square feet office space) is positioned on 14 acres.  The building features a 10-ton bridge crane system at 123 feet in length.  The crane's span is 20-feet.  The building's floor is super-flat, six-inch reinforced with wire fiber.  There are 3 loading docks and 2 overhead doors in place (more can be added as needed). This building is designed for expansion purposes.

Vigo County Industrial Parks

vcip-I-II-site-map-440The Vigo County Industrial Parks, as a whole, comprise 2,435 acres. The Vigo County Industrial Park I (VCIP I) is 1,500 acres. It features all underground power service and a substation for reliability. Natural Gas, sanitary sewer, potable water and fiber optic services are in place and ready to go.

The Vigo County Industrial Park II (VCIP II ) is immediately north of the VCIP I.  It is comprised of 935 acres in size and includes a nearly new 350,000 square-foot cGMP certified multipurpose manufacturing facility.  The VCIP II was acquired from the Pfizer Corporation.  Like the VCIP I, it is owned by a single entity, Vigo County.  Rail serves both the VCIP I and VCIP II via CSX Rail Transportation.  Both parks are located six miles south of Interstate Highway 70.  Convenient transportation access to the parks is done by US Highway 41.

Everhart Building

The Everhart Building, at 1440 Savannah Avenue on Terre Haute's industrial north side, has 185,025 square-feet of modern warehousing, distribution space available. Zoned M-2 Heavy Industry. The facility includes 3,285-square-feet of office space.  Lease/Sale: Will sell; will lease all or part. 

The facility is adjacent to Fruitridge Avenue with Sony DADC and Bemis as two neighboring industries.

Fort Harrison Business Park

The 152-acre planned development situated at the northeast corner of North Fruitridge Avenue and the Steelton Road intersection in Terre Haute, Indiana. Portions of the Park are currently being developed which include manufacturing and commercial use, distribution and warehousing, and office space and industrial facilities. Airport Property

Source: terrehauteedc.comTerre Haute International Airport-Hulman Field provides a unique alternative for development, and with Its close proximity to Interstate Highway 70, is attractive to many types of business.  In addition, its designation as an Airport Development Zone (ADZ) provides businesses whose primary interest is in airport-related business with certain tax credits.  The Terre Haute Airport's ADZ covers 5,070 acres and includes the community's Certified Technology Park which is the south campus of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and home to Rose-Hulman Ventures 35,000 square-foot business incubator facility.  The airport's property is also positioned in a Tax Increment Finance Zone.  THIA could also provide FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) benefits via INzone positioned at Indianapolis International Airport.

Garmong Development 10645 Shell Building
