We are a leader in planning for future needs. The $120 million 641 Bypass project is in progress. Phase I and Phase II segments of the bypass are complete with public access. Once the bypass (as a whole) is complete, it will eliminate three miles of heavy traffic congestion (and eleven stop lights) at U.S. Highway 41 corridor near the I-70 interchange, allowing the traveler to connect I-70 and State Road 46. The bypass is projected to be completed in 2014.
