Vigo County Industrial Park

vcip-I-II-site-map-440The Vigo County Industrial Park encompasses 2,435 acres. Vigo County Industrial Park I (VCIP I) is a 1,500-acre site, featuring all underground power service and a substation for reliability. Natural gas, sanitary sewer, potable water and fiber optic services are in place and ready to go.

Vigo County Industrial Park II (VCIP II ) is immediately north of the VCIP I and is comprised of 935 acres. VCIP II was acquired from the Pfizer Corporation. Like the VCIP I, it is owned by a single entity, Vigo County. Rail serves both VCIP I and VCIP II via CSX Rail Transportation. Both parks are located six miles south of Interstate Highway 70. on U.S. Highway 41.
