The Distributors Terminal 1383 Aberdeen Street Building is located in the Fort Harrison Industrial Park. The 61,950 sf building is positioned on 2.6 acres.
Ceiling peak is 20 feet with column spacing at 40 feet to 50 feet. The facility is climate controlled and is compliant with the AIB (American Institute of Baking) guidlines. The building has a CMS (Central Monitoring Security) station. There are 4 dock doors with levelers and one drive-in door. The fire insurance class rating is 4; the sprinkler system is wet.
The Crawford Industrial Center is located in the City of Terre Haute proper. The facility was originally constructed as a Stran Steel metal builiding manufacturing facility in the 1970's. Its owner has renovated the facility over the years.
The building is more than 300,000 sf with approximatelyt 234,000 sf under one-roof. It features two Northern 10-ton top running cranes in the building's 82 foot x 400 foot bay; and one 20-ton crane in the 60-foot x 420-foot bay. The building also has four 5-ton Kranco under hung cranes that are 30 feet wide and are side-by-side in two 60-foot x 400-foot bays. The hook height on all the cranes is 21 feet.

Access to Interstate Highway 70 is within five miles via adjacent Fruitridge Avenue to U.S. Highway 40 and State Road 46.
